The 2nd Symposium of Polish Women in Ireland (2026) returns, building upon the achievements and vision established during the inaugural edition of the event – the 1st Symposium of Polish Women in Ireland (2025) – born from inspiring relationships between extraordinary Polish women living and working across Ireland, whose contributions continue to shape both their communities and wider society.
Established by CKU – Centre for Counselling and Therapy, the Symposium has grown into a vibrant and dynamic platform connecting Polish women from diverse professional backgrounds and life paths. It is a space for networking, exchanging experiences, and personal growth.
Join us in the heart of Dublin, at Trinity College, on 22–23 May, for two days filled with inspiration, dialogue, and collaboration. This year’s programme invites participants to reflect on the evolving role of women within immigrant communities, share experiences, and initiate new actions supporting integration, community development, and personal growth.
A rich and engaging programme awaits, including inspiring lectures, dynamic panel discussions, interactive workshops, and artistic presentations, including the moving photographic project Human Portrait.
One of the highlights of the Symposium will be the presentation of the CKU research project Femigration: Entrepreneurial Polish Women in Ireland, showcasing the innovation, resilience, and impact of Polish women in the world of business.
Become part of this unique gathering!
