Every registration makes a difference. All proceeds from entry fees will support the Fund for the Prevention of Violence Against Women, providing psychological and legal support for women experiencing domestic abuse. The Fund operates under the patronage of the Sympozjum Polek w Irlandii and is part of a wider initiative supporting women and families within the Polish community in Ireland.

🌍 Everyone is Welcome! Whether you're an experienced runner, a beginner, or simply want to support a meaningful cause - you are invited.

  • Polish community

  • Irish community

  • International friends

Everyone can take part.

Our Three Pillars

Courage & Mental Wellbeing

Running is more than exercise. It helps reduce stress, anxiety and loneliness while building confidence and emotional strength. Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is simply take the first step.

Community Over Competition

This isn't about beating someone else. It's about challenging yourself. The finish line belongs to everyone who chooses to start. Every runner is a winner because every step is a step towards better physical and mental health.

Standing Together

Living far from home isn't always easy. This event celebrates the strength of community, friendship and kindness. Together we want to show that no one should face life's challenges - or domestic abuse - alone.
